I don’t know what to say.
Racism is wrong. It’s simple. Isn’t it? Apparently not. I’m emotional, confused, frustrated. I want to help but I don’t know how. So for now I will just educate myself in ways to do that and hope that we as people, humanity, can find a way to live in harmony. I try to stay positive, steer clear of negativity but the current environment has consumed my mind over the past week or so and has me feeling out of sorts. We’re in a dire situation in what was already a strange situation with lockdown and I genuinely feel helpless to making any positive impact. This will stay on my mind for some time. For now #BlackLivesMatter and I fully support that.
How do I move on from that? I don’t have much else to say.
Here’s some favourites.

My favorite product
I’ve mentioned previously how I went a bit overboard with my skincare and actually ended up stripping my skin and damaging it causing breakouts and hotspots. So I stripped my skincare down to the basics which you can read about here which helped massively but there were some stubborn blemishes and scars which I think needed some extra help so I used Tea Tree Oil from The Body Shop and it’s helped so much. A well priced oil with big results. Big love from me!
During the summer I love an Iced Chai Tea Latte from Starbucks, but as we are in lockdown I’ve had to improvise to fullfill that craving. My concoction isn’t perfect but it’s enough to hit the mark. So, an espresso brew (I don’t have a coffee machine so I’ve been buying Califia Farms XX Espresso Cold Brew Coffee with Almond), a few glugs of Monin Vanilla Syrup, top up with milk (whichever you like) and a load of ice cubes. You get the coffee hit, the sweetness from the syrup and if it’s not ice cold I don’t want it!. Yum!
